Heat Exchanger on Pile Cap for US Code

Heat exchanger foundations can now be supported on piles when designed per the US code (ACI 318). Both isolated and combined pile caps can be parametrically created. STAAD Foundation Advanced can generate rectangular pile arrangements based on column and row spacing through a simplified input wizard. For combined pile caps, pier forces are resolved at the pile cap centroid and rigid analysis and design is conducted. For individual (isolated) pile caps, respective pier loads are passed directly to each pile cap.
